Both plans include the same core workflow. Choose the member limit that fits your lab, including its owner and administrators. Prices are monthly in US dollars; checkout displays the total before you confirm payment.
Paid subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Owners can open Billing to manage payment details, invoices, and cancellation. A trial without a payment subscription does not automatically charge you.

A standard trial lasts 14 days. Selecting a plan opens Stripe Checkout; it does not change the plan until payment is confirmed. At expiry, operational pages are restricted; sign-in, Billing, and the workspace Excel export remain accessible. A fixed post-expiry retention period has not been defined, so export before expiry and do not assume indefinite retention.
Google Sheets receives updates from BioOrder in selected tabs. Editing those tabs does not update BioOrder. Excel import and inventory export are available as file transfers. Read the connection guide.
Both plans allow 5 GB (5,000,000,000 bytes) of photos and attachments per workspace. Retained files count toward the allowance; archiving does not free file storage. Database records and audit entries are separate. Underlying project limits still apply. Workbook imports accept up to 1,000 reviewed order rows per request and 10 MB per workbook. AI receives one label photo and up to four supporting photos; provider and upload limits apply. No separate monthly AI allowance is configured.
Check the product, catalog number, lot, expiration, and quantity against the label before saving. Unclear fields can be entered manually. AI does not replace the information on the manufacturer’s label.
